Concept Design
Through this service we equip you with visuals and costings of your design requirements via a MoodBoard, Space Plan and SampleBoard per space* - for you to source for and design/style your own space(s). This service is at a fixed designer fee per space* and includes the following:
Free Initial Consultation
Our free initial consultations aim at providing you a detailed understanding of our services and fees and is most importantly an opportunity for us to discover your design requirements, your current challenges and needs at a high level. These usually take 1 or 2 hours depending on the number of spaces* your wish to design/redesign for.
On-site colour and style selection
Following the Initial Consultation, if you wish to engage us to design your space(s)*, we then make necessary arrangements for on-site visits and spend some time with you exploring colours and styles. These usually take about 1 or 2 hours depending on the number of spaces* you wish to design/redesign for.
MoodBoard, Space Plan and SampleBoard
Once we get a solid understanding of your specific needs post the on-site visits, we then put together a MoodBoard for each space*, reflecting your preferences - over which we are looking to obtain your feedback and make necessary amendments. Once you are happy with the MoodBoard, our designer will conduct online and physical research aimed at putting together a Space Plan and SampleBoard of potential items and their corresponding prices to meet your design preferences AND budget for each space*.
*PLEASE NOTE SPACES ARE IDENTIFIED AS FOLLOWS: 1) KITCHEN AND DINING, 2) LIVING, 3) BATHROOM, 4) STUDY OR OTHER AREAS, 5) LAUNDRY OR OTHER WET AREAS, 6) BEDROOM, 7) KIDS' ROOM, 8) OUTDOOR, 9) HALLWAYS.
Styling Package
Through this service, WE source for and style your space(s) in addition to the full Concept Design. Please note, our Styling package does not involve trades such as Electricians, Landscapers, Painters, Builders, Carpenters, Plumbers, Curtains/Blinds specialists and others. Please see our Full Design Package if you wish for us to involve and manage trades as well. The Styling Package is at a fixed designer service fee per space* PLUS costs of all items purchased and includes the following:
Sourcing
Once you are happy with our Concept Design, we start sourcing all items for styling. We require a full deposit for all purchases. We will provide you with all purchase receipts for record. We will also be in touch with you regularly to manage deliveries at your location.
Styling
Once all items are sourced, we will arrange suitable times to come on site and style your space(s)*. Your designer's fixed service fee does not require any deposit and can be paid after project completion.
